My name is Mishkah Schroeder i live in Hanover Park.I'm born the 18 September 1992.I didn't grew up with Mother, she was young when she got me and i had to go and live by my aunt. I was 2weeks old when they took me there.When i was a baby i was hijacked by my mother's friend.
My aunt have 4children of her own and with me its 5. So from my biological mother we are 3 and I'm the eldest 2daughters and 1boy.I don't live with my own siblings they live by there fathers.I went Primary school by Atwood Primary and by Groenvlei high school.In grade10 i went school for half of the year then dropped out because my friends did it.The following year i decided to go back to school.I did and pass grade11.I was 17 in grade 11 and everything started there.I hanged out with the wrong crew of friends which used drugs and i decided to join them to fit in, we first experiment and after a period of time you get hooked to the drugs and that exactly happened to me.I used drugs and still manage to finish my school.I've passed grade12 with Diploma and that same year i got deep into the drugs that my life became unmanageable.I smoked Meth for 3years.In 2012 I decided to go to Sultan Bahu Rehabilitation Centre for help,got helpand was clean for 8months went to work then relapsed went back 2013 and got helped again.I don't still have a relationship with my mother.I also don't know who my father is I also don't care about him my creator granted me 2wonderful parents that supports me through everything that i go threw in life,every difficulties that comes my way.I'm 9months clean all thanks to Sultan Bahu a wonderful place they made doors open for me by sending me to Chrysalis Academy which is also an amazing place that change your life completely and it happend to me I'm a totally different person and even my family can see it.I've changed my life for the better to be a positive role model out there for young girls that have the same problem that i struggled with once.My goal is to encourage and motivate youngsters outside there to make good choices in life.I want to become an Addiction Counselor and I'm gonna chaise my dreams going to make it a reality.
Girls out there take me as your motivation and let me be an eye open for all the young youth outside.Make something of your life don't waist time like i did.take me as your inspiration the choices you make today will determine your future.
